Successfully completing our Texas online defensive driving safety course will allow you to dismiss your traffic ticket and keep your official Texas Driver Record clean. - Register HERE for our Texas Education Agency (TEA) approved online defensive driving safety course.
- Begin reading our Texas online defensive driving safety course. The online course is designed to fit into your schedule, so you may start and stop whenever you like and we automatically save your progress.
- After graduation, we send your Texas online defensive driving safety completion certificate directly to you. Simply make sure you've paid all required court fees and that the court has received your certificate of completion before your due date. It's that easy!

Texas state law allows you to dismiss one (1) traffic ticket per year (certain restrictions apply) by taking a Texas online defensive driving safety class.
Your Texas online defensive driving safety course completion certificate will dismiss one (1) traffic violation, and the online defensive driving safety course must be taken after the violation.
If you take our Texas online defensive driving safety course purely for education or to receive an auto insurance discount and later you receive a traffic ticket, you are permitted to take another Texas online defensive driving safety class to dismiss the traffic ticket if you haven't done so within the last twelve (12) months.
We recommend that you complete our Texas online defensive driving safety program at least three to four (3-4) days before your completion due date (if you have one). It is recommended that you either hand deliver your Texas online defensive driving safety completion certificate to the court, or that you send it to the court via certified mail to ensure it arrives by your completion due date.
Note: you are responsible for ensuring your Texas online defensive driving safety completion certificate reaches the court by your completion due date. Texas Online Defensive Driving Safety school is not permitted to mail the completion certificate to the court on your behalf.
Your Certified Texas Driver Record
